FarmUnity is a 100% volunteer-driven organization. We operate democratically, meaning decisions are guided by our members. Our Board of Directors, along with our volunteers and legal advisors, ensure the organization’s direction aligns with our mission.

FarmUnity is primarily funded through grants from generous organizations, including:

- Anne Arundel County
- Community Foundation of Anne Arundel
- Chesapeake Bay Foundation

- A local IT firm in Washington area – Swingtech
